What are the service dates which are listed on the bill? When did you have service installed?
Comcast bills a month in advance. Your first bill may have prorated charges for a partial month and full charge for the next month.
Using the dates on the bill, which is your service period, plus however many days of a partial month you should be able to tell if this is the case.
Installation fees, if any, may be included on the bill.
You can call Comcast and ask about this.

Non-Authorized Employees are allowed to post but cannot state they are employees nor can they allude to being employees.
