Hi, is this a typical delay to get a service person in? System was working normally today, no power outages, ete. and TV signal stopped with display of error message "detected an interruption in service". Spoke to repr. and signal in my area is fine, but they cannot get here for two days (a Boston suburb). Are there alternatives to speed this customer service up?
