Why do we have to memorize all new channels with 4 digits now? My channel lineup went from a high of like 350 to 2000 now! Why not put these down lower on the dial and replace the existing channels that are 3 digit ones that we already know? Do we have to cater to those that won't upgrade to HD?
And are these newly added basic HD channels really worth it? Do people need to see shows of others piling garbage to their ceilings, or yanking lobster pots out of the ocean, or getting into fist fights on their front lawn because they didn't make their car payments in HD? Do you like sitting thru a movie thats riddled with commercials and edited for television just because its in HD? With all their network garbage piled in the lower right corner of the screen?
How about giving us some of the premium channels--which I'm paying extra for anyway--in HD? Or would they have to charge us even more?

Most people who post here about the channels you have want them they don't care where they are, they can't even get them. You are free at any time to go online and print out the channel line up so you don't have to memorize the new one.

eventually our lineup will be like time warners with all hds in the 1000s. Supposedly the numbers will correspond to their digital or analog number.
