Bounce TV

Chicago is a major Urban Market, why does Comcast not have the BounceTV channel?

Re: Bounce TV

BounceTV is a broadcast subchannel network. In Chicago, it's carried on WWME-DT's broadcast signal as 23.2. Comcast currently does not carry it (Comcast carries MeTV as WCIU-DT's 26.3 subchannel, which is the same as WWME 23.1.) It's up to Comcast and Weigel Broadcasting to come to an agreement.

I'd like to see this offered by Comcast/Xfinity also.

Re: Bounce TV and Aspire

As a longtime, faithful customer, I would like to encourage Comcast/xfinity to broadcast Bounce TV.  Particularly with the most recent changes to the channel line ups with other digital television services, Comcast/xfinity is carrying the most channels providing content for the African American community.

I would like to commend Comcast/xfinity on being a founding brand sponsor of the new Aspire channel started by Magic Johnson which is providing positive, family friendly, educational programming.

Re: Bounce TV and Aspire

As mentioned, Bounce TV is a broadcast network. You would need a local broadcaster to carry it, and then they have to make a deal with Comcast to carry it.
