First of all, I would like to see CNBC Europe on Comcast. After all, they own a majority stake in it. I watched a lot of it when I had Directv. Also I would like to know where can I find out about new channels on my service or ones that are going away. I don't like to be kept in the dark about this.
There really isn't a consistent way to find out about new channels. Keep a close eye on your FULL bill, not just an on-line summary. There are occasional notes about channel changes and additions, although rare. Otherwise, unless it's a major channel, it's usually just thrown in with little to no fanfare.
