I have “Digital Preferred” Cable service. I have one Hi-Def Set Top Box and three regular ones. I have no problems with the Hi-Def Box and two of the three regular Boxes. However I can not get all of the "Digital Preferred" channels on the TV with the remaining Regular Set Top Box. When tuning to some channels I am getting a message that says “NOT AUTHORIZED” or “SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE”. I printed out the List of channels that I am supposed to get with the Digital Preferred package and here is a list of the channels that I am not getting on one of my TV’s. The other three get all of the channels just fine.
These channels say NOT AUTHORIZED.
106, 107, 108, 110, 113, 114, 117, 121, 122, 123, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 139, 140, 141, 142, 144, 145, 147, 148, 163, 164, 172, 173, 175, 179, 181, 182, 723, 730, 738, 739 AND 749.
These channels say SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE.
134, 135, 143, 150, 152, 154, 156, 158, 160, 165, 167, 168, 170 AND 719.
