Comcast Bring RT Network to Seattle

Comcast, please bring the RT network to the greater seattle area. The network has great documentaries, news programs and talk shows (like capital account). You currently have it in San Francisco and Chicago....why not Seattle?!?

Re: Comcast Bring RT Network to Seattle

In Chicago, it's actually on a leased channel, and is not under it's own name. That means they are PAYING Comcast to carry it. It depends on how much Comcast is asking for the 24-hour channel lease, how many viewers RT thinks there may be, and how much money they have to spend.

Well I hope comcast would seriously consider it. RT is the second most watched foreign news channel behind BBC inside the US.

Have you contacted RT and asked them? That said, some of the PBS stations here also air hour-long segments.

ClearEyes:   In the Greater Seattle area, RT was added to Comcast as Channel 81.  I don't know which service tier is required - I have Digital Starter and RT Channel 81 works just fine.
