Discovery ID (#271) has not been operational for several days at my home, what is going on and when will this channel be available again?

When I try to access the channel to view, I get a message:
"One Moment Please
This Channel will be available shortly"

The message appears on all TV's in my home. They are individually wired, not running through a single splitter.
