Installed a cablecard in my new TIVO and the Fox Soccer Channel SD version has been assigned the CCI Byte of 0*03 meaning the recording lasts 90mins before automatically being deleted. No other channel in my package has this issue. My neighbor has the HD version which has no such copyright protection issue. How do I get Comcast to understand my issue and see if they can investigate whether this is corporate policy or an issue with my cablecard?

I'd call Tivo first, as they will know more about what is happening than Comcast. They may be able to offer the plan to get your problem resolved.
