I am subscribed to HBO, but for months I have been unable to watch HBO channels (except for HBOW and HBOLE) because I get an error message that says the channel will be available shortly, but it never becomes available!!!! I am able to access HBO OnDemand, but that doesn't help me if a program is not on OnDemand yet!!!
What do I need to do to get this fixed??

Please contact Comcast support and they need to send out a tech to find and fix your signal issues to your TV outlet. You need a tech, it will not fix itself. It can be issues with the drop cable, fittings, splitters or the cable box itself. The tech will have the proper test equipment to find and fix the issue.
