If you are using one of the small DTA boxes, try pressing the LANG button on the DTA remote.
If you are using a full cable box or DVR, try unplugging the power cord for a minute or so.
If the problem persists, please post your cable box model number.

For iGuide on Motorola boxes (and maybe SA's):
MENU/MENU/Setup/Audio Setup. Descriptive Video should be set to OFF. Also, Default Audio should be set to 'Channel Default'.
