Channels and Programming

I hate to bring up another problem regarding my subscription to MLB Extra Innings, but I have an HD channel that carries baseball games called GAMEHD2 (Channel 786 in the Lebanon County area), and when I try to watch a game in HD, it gives me a "Not Authorized" message.

I've talked with everyone at Comcast over the phone, and I get all sorts of different responses. Some of them say that the channel is on only during a select number of games, others say that I don't get the games in HD at all where I live, among other things. They even sent refresh signals and put in different programming codes, and that hasn't even fixed the problem

Is there anything Comcast can do to resolve this issue?

See this thread, comcast does not offer it.  It is available other ways though.

rog - many Comcast areas actually do offer the GAME HD channels.
