Lost channels

A lot of my channels are lost. Why? I'm at Boca Raton, Florida, zip 33433

Hi - I'm in Boca too. Last week Comcast transitioned over to all digital, so if you don't have a set top box or one of those  free digital adaptors (DTA) you will not receive those stations. It also depends on level of service you have with comcast.

You can get the DTA at a Comcast office. If you click on the Customers tab, the on Service Center locations you can locate those closest to you. If you want a cable box tho, there is a monthly charge. That can be ordered by calling 1-800 Comcast, or inquiring at the local office.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
