Channels and Programming

Eversince i got comcast i whas missing channels from my program guide like 

G4-CHAN # 136

Select the blue Programming tab at the top of this page, then the Channel Lineup dropdown.  Enter your location information to see channel lineups for different packages.

It shows up as G4 is in my channel lineup but on my guide is just disappeared

P.S.. I have programming package HD Preferred XF

Can you tune the channel?

no it just tunes to the next channel # 146 G4 is channel # 136 where i live

Call 1-800-COMCAST and ask about it.  Also mention any other missing channels.
