So got my paper bill yesterday inside was a flyer that said that all the duplicate HD channels that in my area are in the 200's are moving to the 800's and those duplicates in the 800's are now being deleted. Channels for HD are now being mapped like they are on fios. channel 2 is 802 channel 4 is 804 etc where the old mapping made no sense. Also a lot moving of channels in and out of digital started, and preferred.
so if you get a paper bill look at that little pamphlet it has a lot of good info on it. If you get it electronically I don't know how you get info on that.
Just an FYI to look for changes for some of you good for some of you not so good.

do they put the corresponding documentation that comes with the bill in online with the bill?

They do on the .pdf because it is an exact copy of the paper bill.
Take a look at your .pdf bill online and it will be on there.

It was a seperate glossy flier in with the bill so unless you get a paper bill I guess you don't get notified.

You are correct if it's a separate insert. Those are not available online with the bill.
I just looked at your first post and you said "flyer". Somehow I missed seeing that.

Our notifications always come as a separate mailing and never in the mailed statement. As with many policies in ComcastLand, it is not the same everywhere.
