Not receiving all of the channels in my package

Today I had the triple play digital preferred package plus installed with two HD boxes, one upstairs and one downstairs.  Upstairs I get the digital limit channels and premium channels, no preferred channels. It says not authorized on the preferred channels.  Downstairs I get the digital limit and preferred channels, no premium channels.  On the premium channels it says, must subscribe.  Clicking on the info button and pressing buy to see what would happen and the error code ERR-36895 appears.  I've already contacted technical support through the chat line and they've tried sending a signal first, then sending a stronger signal to get the boxes to reset to their default settings.  Just wondering if there's someone out there that experienced this or if someone could help me.  It would be greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

There's no one on the forum that can sent the proper hit's to your box, you will need to call in again and hopefully get someone that can get it authorized properly.
