Olympic games in 3D

I've read that the BBC will broadcast live 3D coverage of the Opening and Closing Ceremonies, Men’s 100m final as well as highlights package at the end of each day.

Will these events be broadcasted through Comcast/Xfinity?

If yes, is there already a schedule? Channels and dates?

Thank you very much

Re: Olympic games in 3D

well comcast does not have the bbc channel in 3d as part of its programming package.   do you know if they are going to broadcast it in 3d over the normal hd channel or is that even possible?  you are also posting in xfinity tv website link so if your talking about the website its a no as there is no 3d from the website.

In most Comcast areas there is a channel labeled XF3D (for Xfinity 3D). That channel will have selected events (approximately 200 plus hours) from the 2012 London Olympics.

I have not seen the schedule as of yet.
