Channels and Programming

My tv cuts off the bottom of the screen so watching the tv guide channel is no fun. I normally use the Infiinity online channel guide. For 5 days it tells me "error on the page, try again" I wish that basic cable users could have a decent menu channel. Please fix this issue for people who can't afford premium services please. Thanks

I use www.zap2it.com  which is more upto date than Comcast or Xfinity.  It even allows me to show only the channels that I care about.
