Program on ID channel

I recently had the misfortune to stumble across a program named " Evil I "on the ID channel. I found it to be emotionally disturbing, deeply offensive and just in poor taste. Under the guise of investigative journalism, the show uses infrequent interviews to camouflage the exploitive disturbing imagery of assault, torture and murder underlined by a twisted, sick narrative of the perpetrator. Continuing to broadcast this show is morally reprehensible.Shame on you.

Shame on who? If you mean Comcast you are barking up the wrong tree.

What do you expect Comcast to do about it? Or Cox, Charter, and any other cable/satellite tv provider?

Do you think they have the power to dictate to that or any other channel what they should and should not broadcast?

You can also contact Discovery Networks and tell them how you feel. At least they would be aware of it because I doubt they will see your complaint here in the Comcast forums.

If the content is offensive to you, don't watch it. It's no worse than other things on tv today, and that includes commercials. I've seen some of those that were over the top.

If enough viewers object, then the people responsible for that programming (Discovery, not Comcast) will find it advisable economically to change it. In the meantime I suggest that you simply avoid the channel.

Re: Program on ID channel

nothing matters more to networks than ratings. If the show tanks they will cancel it. Like mentioned above you can contact discovery and let them know you are offended.
