I am having continual problems with Channel13 (RTV)--goes black for periods and also there is loss of sound. I like those old shows and find this unacceptable.
It could be a weak signal to your box or TV. Also, RTV is a broadcast network that is carried by a local broadcaster. They may be having problems themselves, or Comcast may have problems receiving their signal. Here in Chicago, the local channel that carries RTV (but NOT carried by Comcast) has had on-and-off video problems for over a year.
