Ref. Code S0a00. Just switched on cable and all channels are saying they will be available shortly and giving the referrence code I just listed. What's going on?

unplug the box to reset , if that does not work your going to need a tech visit as that is usually a signal issue to the box.

I was wondering if your error code S0a00 was ever resolved & what did comcast do to fix your problem - let me know, we're having this same issue, but w/only 1 channel (our favorite, of course)

That is how mine started. Save yourself a lot of stress and call for a tech. That is the only solution. Good luck.
