If you get no response from the Comcast button when you attempt to watch Olympics online (using XP3)
1 - Close all your browsers
2 - Go to "Start" Menu
3 - Go to "Control Panel"
4 - Click on "Flash Player"
5 - Click on "Allow sites to save info on this computer" under the "Storage" tab (Important!!!! Do not use the "Ask me..." mode here. That is the problem!)
6 - However, turn on the "ask me ..." modes for "Camera" and "Playback" tabs. (Though I doubt it matters.)
7 - Close the Flash Panel window, open your broswer, sign in and enjoy the Olympics! (Don't worry you can still watch all the repeats and highlights if you missed anything!)
Note: this worked for me using both IE8 and Firefox 4 and doesn't require the newest Flash or any specific form of re-installation of Flash. It also wasn't my antivirus software, nor my popup blocker, nor my security or privacy settings ! You can leave all of those alone!
The problem is with the Flash Player not able to store stuff automatically. It simply cannot "ask you" anything during the sign in process, so it just sits there if you have your Flash Player storage in "ask me" mode.
God bless.

Ah, you have provided an "Olympian" solution. Absolutely cleared it up.
Many thanks!
