Triple Play Bundles

I currently have what is described on my bill as Preferred Triple Play Xf.  Looking at posts about Streampix, it describes a Preferred Plus Triple Play.

When I use the Upgrade Services for my account online, I am Only offered Two Choices. HD Premiere Xf or HD Complete XF. I cannot find ant reference to a Preferred Plus.

Also I have HD, so what  would be the difference.
