Just spent over an hour with a tech on the phone trying to solve this, a couple of extra hours before and after the phone session troubleshooting on my own. Nothing worked. I tried two separate computers (both OSX), four different browsers, proxied through a different IP, cleared my cache, made sure Flash Player was set to allow sites to store data, reset my password. Tech was able to access the stream with my credentials from a Windows machine.
If this doesn't work on OSX, just let me know so I don't spend my time trying to figure it out.

i have same problem.....streaming worked 2 days ago...died yesterday...i tried again today but never got past the comcast button
comcast even called me and said they had reset my account and should not have further problems. the next day it failed again
