Channels and Programming

Does anyone know how often ondemand updates programming?  I'm a huge fan of the ondemand tv shows but never know when the latest episode will be available

If you are talking about "The free spot". Here in Richmond Indiana, it updates every week. Thats right, no new shows for about a week, even then most of the time its just a rerun show, no new episodes
