I have a Digital Starter service (at least that's what my bill says).
I was getting the digital channels 803 - 878 (or there abouts)
now 807 and 841 quit working, they work on SD and all the other HD channels work !
Does anyone have any ideas?
I've been very patient with my calls to comcast and the stupid things they make me do, but the last call were they transferred me to Tivo just shows me that they don't know much (I don't have a Tivo).
Does anyone know why those two HD channels wouldn't work, or how to talk to, to get it fixed?

Are you calling the Cablecard number? 877-405-2298. The other numbers will not work for cablecard issues.
