when i go to see the channel line up - all channels are displayed
the list says
"First, select your package type from the dropdown box below "
there is no drop down list to select a package.. i have tried different internet browsers, ie and chrome and none show up... all channels are listed

My latest Comcast bill has a list of packages, pricing, and channels. Check some of your past bills to see if you have such a list. You can access old bills online.
