Can't sign in to watch Olympics- Pop-up goes nowhere

I can't sign in to watch Olympics video on NBC. It doesn't recognize my click on the Comcast icon in the pop-up window. Nothing happens. I have tried to select Comcast from the drop-down list and although I can scroll, nothing will select.

 

I am on a Mac using Snow Leopard OS 10.6.8.

I have downloaded the latest version of Adobe Flash and changed my privacy settings to allow cookies. I also added NBCOlympics.com to my list of "always allow cookies"

 

I need help, please. What else can I try?

My daughter figured it out. thanks anyway.

 

it was a flash setting.
