Do you know how long it may take? Kinda bummed that I'm missing the games because of a technical difficulty...

Same issue. Using Google Chrome. Screen has Comcast selected for me however when I click on it, nothing happens. The page is just static and inoperable until I click in the faded area away from the box. But still no live streaming AT ALL.

Fixed mine through the nbcolympics.com web page , first I scrolled to the very bottom of the webpage and clicked on the "Help/Contact" and attempted to fill out the form for help but I was unable to get thru the last step when it came to "authenticate by entering code" and I could not see the code, that was my indication that it was not a Comcast problem, it is a settings problem. I then went to the "FAQ" section and tried any solution they had listed and adjusted my setting using IE and right away it was fixed. Here is where I found my solution:http://www.nbcolympics.com/faq/index.html . But first scroll to the bottom of thehttp://www.nbcolympics.com/faq/index.html page and click on the "Help/Contact " and if you cannot see the code CLEARLY even after clicking on it than you need to go to the steps in FAQ sectionhttp://www.nbcolympics.com/faq/index.html . Good luck!

Hey ComcastJoe, thanks for trying.
I'm canceling my cable TV service and going back to broadcast (Olympics in HD for the cost of a $10 antenna!), so you can consider this trouble ticket closed.

No, I haven't heard from anyone at Comcast (after my round of calls with cable and Internet support) other than your posts.

I am getting looped as well, but I was previously able to watch on NBC live this week. I have deleted my cookies/cache and switch from Chrome to IE. Please, help I was able to watch up until July 30th and still can watch the earlier matches, just not any since the 30th. Thank you for your help.

Cannot access olympic streaming ... just keep getting looped around to registration. Please help

I have attempted all troubleshooting steps on the NBC and Comcast FAQ pages. Nothing has worked. With Comcast being a partial owner of NBC, I would not think so many customers would have an issue watching the Olympics via NBC.com. I am getting to the point where I think I need to reconsider my cable provider. This is ridiculous.

i have the same problem....it worked 2 times over the last week....but the last 3 days i cant get past the comcast screen. there is n o help for this at comcast though i once had a telephone call back from comcast they had reset my account so it would work and it did for 1 x then stopped working

there is a report "fixed mine". but there is no fix in your comments. but no info on what the fix is.
i tried emailing nbc on the contact information on its help/contact info but it reports email was not sent. i do not know if problem is nbc or comcast (my provider)

I am going to add my complaint to this thread. I have tried all the suggested fixes, in both Chrome and IE, and can't get past the "select provider" screen. Please help!

menninp,
Are you logging in with your Comcast.net e-mail address or Comcast ID? Our systems are showing that your Comcast log-in is not activated.
olympicfailure,
Are you still having issues signing in to NBCOlympics.com?

I am having the same problem. When I called a few days ago, the tech support rep and the supervisor said they had not heard of any problems and I replied there are customers complaining on the Comcast forums and well..... Still no help.

Adding my name to list of infinite login prompts as well. I've looked at all the settings and still cannot get anything to work. I even set up a new comcast username and password and that didn't help. This is extremely frustrating as it was working just last week.

So you are able to sign in but then get a black video screen? If so, please contact the NBCOlympics.com help team here:

I was watching everything fine for 4 days, logged in, no issues, completely double and triple checked all settings and everything is current and set right and I can no longer access the online feed. It just keeps going back to the select your provider screen each time I pick comcast.
I am very frustrated even more so cause tomorrow I have two friends running in the 5000 final and want to watch it live, not how nbc ends up picking it apart.
Tell me how you can fix this problem. Its been for two days now.

Have you went through all the trouble shooting steps in the FAQ?
Have you tried deleting your cookies and cache?
Have you tried using another web browser?
Have you updated or added any software to your computer within the last few days?
Thanks,
Joe
