I just received an email from Comcast with my new Security Personal Identification Number (PIN) meant to "help protect you." The trouble is, the PIN makes no sense and thus is a hindrance and not a help.
What I received states the following:
"Your Security PIN is:"
This is followed by a total of 11 characters including 4 special characters consisting of "[", "]" and ":" interspersed with 7 capitalized letters in sets of either 2 or 3.
I have tried to enter various portions of this into the UPDATE ACCOUNT section with no success. How can I obtain a PIN that works?

I just got the exact same thing in my PIN e-mail:
Your Security PIN is: [PH
IN:AT]
So clearly whatever automated system that sends out the PIN e-mails is broken, or can't generate a PIN for our accounts.
So I can't log in and change my PIN to access my account info or Digital Voice settings.
