I am trying to log in to My Account to check my usage details, but when i input my user name and password i recieve a message the "We're sorry; Comcast Customer Central is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." I have been getting this message every time i try to log in for over a week now. I want to know when it will be back up so i can look at my account info.

Which browser/version? Have you cleared your browser cache? Have you tried a different browser?
Do make sure that you are signed in with your Primary Username & password too.
I got right in using Internet Explorer 9 and Firefox 10.
Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
