I cannot see my TV Bill

I switched to Business Class for a home business, but my TV is still on my residential bill. Now I cannot see my TV bill online. 

 

I called Customer support and was transferred like 3 times and was finally told if I created a secondary account I would see my TV bill.

 

I created the secondary account, but see no options to change which account it points to for that and I still only see the business class bill.

Were you given a second account number?

Your Business class account and your residential accounts have two different account numbers. You will need to verify the Comcast user ID for your residential account to log in and view your residential bill.

 

Once you log in to Customer Central navigate to Account & Bill then under the orange font :Account Information you will see add new account.  This option will tie in both accounts together for viewing with just one login.
