We have been trying for three days to make our payment online. We are allowed to sign in and the usual retrieving your account information appears and then the page goes blank. We are not able to get to the actual account for payment.
Is there an issue with this page?

We have shut our system down for full re-boot. Signing back in under pay my bill. The page does start as usual "retrieving your account information, please stand by" and then nothing but the done with error message at the bottom of the page. My brother logged in on his cell internet and is able to get to the account. This is perplexing. Are you sure your site is okay? We do have a message stating there are internet issues in the area, however, we are able to get to all other sites without error.
