Unable to sign in or upgrade

Apparently, my last post was deleted, so I guess Comcast doesn't want my business.  I was going to upgrade my service, but my local office isn't offering the special I see online (what is up with that?), and I am unable to sign into my account to order it online.  If Comcast cared, you wouldn't make me jump through flaming hoops to do business with you. SERIOUSLY.  Not that this post will be up for more than 30 seconds . . .
