I have Comcast at home I am a loyal customer yet when I try to access my email from work which happens to be a different internet provider I can not get through to my email you keep telling me to purchase a comcast provided service..I already do I can not tell my place of employment to do so... Why is this happening? Are you trying to lose more customers? Do you not make enough money already? This is a ridiculous act and a terrible thing to do to your loyal customers! Quite frankly its childish and if not rectified quickly you will be loosing me and my family as a customer and anyone else I can convince to dump Comcast. Really! What good does it do to prevent people from accessing there Email? All it can possibly do is cost you business...

Have you checked with your IT peson at your company? It is possible that their firewall is blocking. What happens exactly when you go to the Comcast homepage from your website and sign in?

you dont have to use there email only, type in your regular email and it should take u there, i have gmail, so i typed in my msn, and typed in gmail, once there I typed in my username and password, that is all you have to do. to get out of ixfinity, just type in the main top toolbar your favorite like mine is www.msn.com. or you can type just google and download that, they just have there's up incase u like it good luck.
