comcast.com logs me out after accepting terms of service agreement

When I log in to the "My Account" section, I get a pop up window asking me to accept the terms of service agreement.  I check both the "I have read..." box and "Accept" button, the window closes, and then I am promptly logged out.  I've tried different browsers, different computers, and making sure cookies are enabled, and I always get the same result.

 

I am able to login to other Comcast pages, like this support forum.  My login and password are correct.

 

Does anyone know the cure for this?
