This service is rediculous. I have had this error on my tv for 3 days. Saying "In order to start service for this device call 1-800-comcast. I did that. Sat on hold for 40 mins before i hung up . Called the seperate activation line and they dont have any account under my phone number. This is absolutely awful. I cant stand dealing with comcast anymore.

well someone came out fixed this issue but i am still having a tileing issue. Today will be the 3rd tech out in a week to "fix" it Getting sick and tired of this terrible service. Getting sick and tired of techs saying "Well if it happens again call us" Why dont you just fix it the first time. Is that really to much to ask?!?

Funny,
A user has to "Notify an administrator" for every post in this forum. Why don't the "administrator's" monitor this forum?

Good question; they used to. However, when a new administrator took over (and then left), things were changed, and not for the better. They stopped introducing themselves, stopped interacting, and stopped appearing, although their photographs are on the front page.

The "Report Inappropriate Content" link under your screen name on the left does the same thing.
