I wanted you to know that I have just left a comment with Hear from Rick Germano regarding your assistance in moving along my problems so swiftly as well as naming the others involved. Saying thank you was not enough after the months of headaches and frustration I have endured with Comcast that your initiation took care of within a week's time, actually a day less! ![]()
If only there were more people like you who actually listened and not try to blow us off when looking for help, this world would be a better place! Thanks again, you have no idea the appreciation I have for your effort. Best of luck and be well.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.
