Bad Chat Experience

Who would I contact to file a complaint against a chat agent?

Re: Bad Chat Experience

You can drop a note to Comcast corporate customer service (we_can_help@cable.comcast.com) but honestly it probably won't do you any good. The chat agents are mostly off shore and don't even work directly for Comcast.

Never use chat. Complaining will be a waste of time.

Re: Bad Chat Experience

Actually, chatting with a rep solved the problem that the live (well, the BREATHING) folks at the service center just couldn't seem to fix.  I like to use the chat feature for customer support with all products because it seems to get a better result.

Re: Bad Chat Experience

It's good to hear you had a positive experience with chat. Most people have found them to just be script readers.

Re: Bad Chat Experience

I can't begin to tell you how lame my chat person (Chris) was when I tried to use the movers edge!!! Not only did he ask questions for the same  info I already gave him he totally ignored the fact I said in my 1st sentence (I was moving). After 20 minutes I had enough and told him he wasn't up to the task of helping me. Oh btw Blue Ridge cable chat person had no problems answering any of my questions. They will be getting my bussiness now.
