I am completely dissatisfied with the company. I live in the Canton Club East Apartments and there is a rate of $99.99 being offered by Julie (248-255-7315) for HD preferred plus xf Tp and I was told that we are ineligible for this rate. It is unreasonable that I should have to pay $25 dollars more a month or $300 dollars more a year because I signed up for Comcast a week before the sales rep came to our complex. I have called Julie several times with no return call. I feel like I am being cheated out of $300 a year and I plan to let everyone that I know about it because it is downright criminal. I am also filing a complaint with consumer affairs.

First of all let me tell you this, never ever listen to a door to door sales person. The forums are full of promises made by so called sales people that comcast can't honor. These guys don't work for comcast they make promises and get their commission and then vanish to another company never to be hear from again. 99.99 for xf preferred triple play is totally not reasonable that is a 200 package. Who is julie, comcast does not, I will repeat will not call you to offer you promotions that is some outside marketing company calling you, comcast will never call you about things like that so if anyone calls you saying they are comcast just hang up.
