I had to pick up 2 new cable boxes this morning at the Comcast office in South River NJ. The lady behind the counter has been there for years and has a terrible attitude. I tell her that I need to swap out 2 digital adapters for 2 boxes and she says to me that all she has are broken and destroyed boxes.why did I come to this office? I've had problems with her in the past with her rolling her eyes at me as I asked her a few questions. Looking impatient as I hand her my old equiptment etc.I dread walking into that office but it's the closest one to me. Of the 2 boxes she gave me one is dead. Aren't these boxes tested before they are given to a customer?
