Hello I am a Comcast user and I am frustrated about the channels I have! I have a basic channels on my TV. The channels I have are very few! My cousin has a basic channels that have Disney channel, nick, etc. And pay the same price! I am very mad, and angry I hope you e mail us back and solve the problem!

There are different packages available in different areas. Also bundleing phone and internet affects the package price. It is very difficult to compare what someone gets in one area to another. Try describing exactly what package you have and what your cousin has.

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

i have the channels that contains 1 through 12 channels and few in the 250s. my cousin has about 1 through 100 i think. my channels have olny shopping channels and 4 kids channels, news.
i want disnet channel, nick, and more.

I don't know what to tell you other than you have to order the package that has the channels you want.
