PLEASE, we loved sorting, seeing call durations and all the other nice features of the old call manager. WHY, WHY, WHY would you do this? Someone bad a bad decision, just fix it back and your customers will be happy. Just the little things are what matter...

I agree. Now I have to download and go to windows player to listen to my messages. I don't like this at all. Please go back to the old way. I missed messages because it to me a bit to figure out how to use it. Too many steps for me.
