I am now in my 5th day of trying to communicate with Customer Service at COMCAST. I HAVE BEEN TO THREE DIFFERENT COMCAST LOCATIONS.... I communicated with rep's in Pennyslvania; Mississippi, Tennessee and Southeast ASIA -- all I get is either a form based email or instructions to call 1800COMCAST and waste more time. DEALING WITH COMCAST HAS BEEN THE MOST PAINFUL DAYS OF MY 66 YEARS ON THIS EARTH. ABSOLUTELY PAINFUL.

so what exactly is the problem? even though this is a user to user forum your issues can be escalted to comcast management from here.

I understand what you are going through I have been on the phone with comcast 8 times (mainly on hold) and still have not had my service installed. Had to take off from work yesterday (comcast could care less) , thats when it was supposed to be installed, now they want me to wait until the 18th!!! I'm so frustrated. I'm not waiting until then, horrible customer service...............
