I have a Comcast cable running across my lawn.
Is it possible I could get this burried asap so I can finish some landscaping?

Yes you can! Just call Comcast and ask them.

They use sub-contractors to do drop burials. Sometimes things get lost in the process. Also, they usually have quite a backlog in the Spring due to Winter and frozen ground conditions when it can't be done. Keep calling !

Doodle,
Instead of getting no response from Comcast and excuses from a Comcast "Expert", file a formal complaint with your city / county cable franchise authority.
Franchise agreements typically contain specific requirements for responding to customer issues and an inquiry from your cable franchise authority should get some action from Comcast.

They are not "excuses" pal, they are facts..... Do you like personal attacks ??
I'm not a "Comcast expert" as I do not work for them.....
Op. You could try escalating the issue via this method;
Send an email to:
we_can_help@comcast.com
Include all of your information, full name, service address, phone numbers where you can be reached easily, as well as the phone number associated with your account, your account number, and details about all the issues you have been having. Also include a link to this post.
