I signed up for Triple Play a month ago. And Comcast was supposed to come to my apartment and install a phone line in the bedroom. Well, last week I had an appointment and they cancelled it without notifying me. So I scheduled an appointment for today and they never showed up. When I called them they could not give me a good reason, and they never attempted to offer a solution. So I will cancel my entire Comcast service by the end of the month.

Don't blame you. Be sure to demand the $20 for each missed visit, in accordance to the Comcast Guarentee.
