First I am not the one who deleted your posts. I don't know who did.

However,  I can tell you WHY it was removed.

Apparently "Nanny" told you that you used a bad word or a variation of the word. You ignored Nanny and in the process violated  Forum Guidelines

(which everyone should read before making his/her first post) state

Please Don't

 2. Use Profanity

Please keep your posts clean. Our forums have an automated profanity filter to block out inappropriate language. Please do not circumvent it by finding colorful ways to approximate or disguise those words. If you are caught trying to bypass the filters in any way, your posting privileges may be revoked.

Contrary to what many people believe, posts critical of Comcast are not deleted unless they violate the guidelines. You will find many critical posts in the forum.

Follow the rules, the posts stays where everyone can see it.

I noticed that you re-posted. That post if fine and will stay.

Re: Comcast Complaints Moderated

Thanks for the clarification. How can they remove a post that has profanity (which I don't thinnk I included) when their customer service reps service profane.

Oh I see now. I did disguise something that's probably why. Wasn't spelled out or anything.. It's 3 letters we all use W..

Ironically they disguise their customer service because it's well hidden when you call in.

Thanks for clarifying.

Re: Comcast Complaints Moderated

That was why it was removed. It really is a not so clever or colorful way to disguise the words.

Each person has his/her own idea about what constitutes profanity. The key is to have respect for those who object to such words since there are people from all walks life and sensitivites who post here.

Re: Comcast Complaints Moderated

I hear you. I really didn't think using that one was viewed the same was as someone actually spelling out old school profanity. I thought using that 3 letter variation was used in every day live and not meant in bad way.

I still say that Comcast Reps Customer Service is disquised. I have yet to find it when calling in.
