I have received a prepaid VISA card from Comcast with a number to call to activate the card.
The recording asks for a zip code and will not take the zip code the card was mailed to. I called the HELP number and received the same message. I cannot speak to a live person. Is this a scam??? Sure looks like to me.
Comcast offers no help on the phone and this site seems bogus also.

Why don't you just try a purchase a small item using the card and see if the purchase goes through. I would also think that once you received the card it would be you and visa company problem.
