Comcast Service Is Off The Charts Shady

lets try this again, yesterday the moderators hid this post under my other one, but this is a totally separate issue

So we had Comcast come out to set us up with Cable TV and Internet.  There are three houses on our court, however there were only two wires in the green box on my lawn (the underground conduit to my house was empty), both ran to the other two homes.  So this Comcast tech ran a wire from the outside of the Comcast box to the WinFirst green box on the side of it, and did not close both lids all the way down because he couldn't, and that's how he connected my service, because the WinFirst box had three wires in it one to each house.

Re: Comcast Service Is Off The Charts Shady

Ok so I read this post yesterday, but your not asking a question.   This is a user to user forum are you looking for advice?  If you don't think the tech did what they were suppose to do call them back and schedule another visit, ask for a comast tech not a sub for best service.  If you don't think your getting satisfaction from send an email here.

Although it isn't obvious, this forum is generally a customer to customer forum and is not actively monitored by Comcast. Although Comcast employees (their usernames are in red) are often here to help, they may not see your specific post.

 To get help, you can drop a note to Comcast corporate customer service (we_can_help@cable.comcast.com).

For the quickest response, please include:
Your full name;
Service address;
Phone number & an alternate number if possible;
Account number;
A link to your post.

Re: Comcast Service Is Off The Charts Shady

rog I was simply making a statement, for comcast customers to keep their expectations in check when getting service and not to expect too much
