From day one comcast has lied. I explained what we wanted, was told OK. They did not show up on time for the first thee appointments. The fourth time the tech did not look to make sure everything was working the way it supposed to. Had to have them come back out on a Sunday. I had to call and have comcast set up phone line right. 1 week later call back to find out they brought me the wrong boxes. Made the appointment for this am 7;30-8;30 to find out they say it was rescheduled. By who we don't know. I made arrangements to open my business later in the day. I have been on the phone more today with comcast then I like. I am so done when my contract is up. They have waisted my time and money. If anyone is with ATT stay with them, they cost more but you will not have issues. They are right when they say you pay for what you get. Thanks comcast for waisting my time.. Keep your lousy $20.00 That is a insult to what I lost out on today from work.
